A former wholesale grocer’s dry goods warehouse, TCD was contracted to manage the renovation and additions to this facility – including the conversion into a mostly refrigerated building. Under a Construction Management approach, TCD coordinated and directed all sub- and prime contractors under a fast-track approach in order to achieve turnover to the client in the shortest possible time frame.
