Constructed over a tight time frame and even tighter budget, the building was completed under budget and ahead of schedule. Contracted under a Design/Build approach, TCD coordinated all design and construction activities – subcontracting all D/B mechanical and electrical trades and coordinating with the architect, who had been hired under a low budgetary, preliminary plans only basis. The finished product remains a fine looking and efficient clubhouse and hospitality facility.
